Every care is taken when packing your order for delivery. If for some reason your purchase is damaged in transit we will provide you with a replacement. 

Please send us a photo of the damaged goods and its packaging within 48 hours of you receiving them. 

There is no need to be concerned. You will need to Contact Us, and the team will replace the damaged items with the ones that you ordered.  

Purchases made on the weekends will be processed the next working day, all orders will be processed within 48 hours.  In peak seasons it may take up to 5 business days to process.  

All deliveries will be sent during business hours, and you will be advised if your order is going to take more than 7 to 10 business days. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with your tracking number, please check your junk. If you still cannot find this confirmation email, please let us know.  

You can also log into your account to find your order. Your order will be marked as dispatched if it has been shipped, and you can find your tracking numbers and courier service name. If you can’t find these details, please Contact Us  and we will supply tracking numbers to you.

Definitely! We encourage you to recycle our jars. Allow the remaining solid wax to rise to the surface by carefully pouring hot water into the jar. Hand wash it with soap and water like you would any other glass, being careful not to use anything abrasive. Your jar is now clean and ready to repurpose.

Refined Soy Wax is a cleaning burning candle, Soy wax has a lower melting point and has great qualities for blending fragrance and colours into the wax. 

The fragrance in Soy Wax is long lasting which work well with our wax melts, as well as the candles. 

Yes  our products are vegan friendly! 

Your candle may not be burning correctly for a variety of reasons. In the vast majority of situations, your candle is tunneling. This is when the wax hasn't burned all the way to the jar's edge. Allow enough time for the wax to melt all the way to the jar's edge the first time you light your candle to avoid this happening and to get the most out of your candle. Your jar is turning black when you burn your candle? That’s okay, you can wipe it away with a damp cloth or napkin.  

Why is this happening? This is caused by the wick being too long prior to lighting the candle or the candle has been continuously for an extended period of time. To avoid this, trim the wick to 5mm before each burn. 

In our candle collection, A Touch of Sage uses natural wooden wicks. The wooden wicks in the candle look great, and we think they add to the whole experience. These wicks provide a gentle crackling sound that sounds like a wood fire. Wooden wicks burn for a longer duration, extending the life of your candle. While also allowing for a cleaner burn with less debris and no carbon accumulation. 

All reed diffusers are safe for the environment, long-lasting, and slow-releasing. They don't use an open flame or hot wax, so they're a safe method to fragrance a space. There are no phthalates or parabens in our diffuser base.
